DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

Access to Digital Information

OPUNÉ® recognizes accessibility as part of responsible digital communication. This platform provides business information, technical content, and inquiry channels for professional users, and accessibility considerations are applied to how information is structured, navigated, read, and submitted.

This statement describes OPUNÉ®'s approach to digital accessibility and provides a channel for reporting barriers encountered while using the platform.

SECTION 02 // ACCESSIBILITY REFERENCE FRAMEWORK

Accessibility Standards & Reference Framework

OPUNÉ® uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a reference framework for digital accessibility. This page does not constitute a claim of full WCAG conformance unless a specific conformance assessment is stated.

SECTION 03 // REVIEW PROCESS

Accessibility Feedback Review

Accessibility feedback is reviewed based on the information provided in the report. Submission of a report does not guarantee a specific technical modification, response timeframe, or alternative format.

Where additional information is required to reproduce or understand a reported barrier, OPUNÉ® may request further technical details. Feedback may inform future accessibility improvements.

SECTION 04 // ALTERNATIVE FORMATS

Alternative Format Requests

Where a user requires information in a different accessible format, the request may be submitted through the accessibility feedback channel. Availability depends on the nature of the content, technical feasibility, applicable legal requirements, and the format requested.

Some technical documents, third-party materials, archived records, or proprietary material may require separate handling before an alternative format can be considered.
