(2) The Applicant acknowledges that physical supply and final commercial contracts are scheduled for 2027. OPUNÉ® reserves the right to adjust timelines based on production capacity. (3) All data provided is securely stored and used solely for network allocation and verification purposes. (4) This registration does not constitute a financially binding purchase order until the 2027 Master Supply Agreement is signed. (5) One registration is permitted per organisation, email address and mobile number. (6) This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
